I just casted an isomalt heart and it wont hold its shape really well; when I pick it up it starts to bend/curve. I need to put it on a sugar piece for class and it will be on its side on the top of the piece without much support. Is there a way to fix it? If I remelt it in the microwave and recast it will that help?Thanks for your help,Kendra
I'm thinking about doing a paris themed cake for my birthday in October I saw that you used stamps which is what I had planned. But what do I use as ink for the stamp? Gel food coloring, powder food coloring mixed with vodka etc.? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Kendra
I am making a Miami Heat jersey groom's cake. I would like to do the wording and symbols with color flow but the cake is covered in fondant. So I was wondering if the color flow decoration will stay place on the fondant or will I need to use a frosting to adhere it to the cake? Thanks for the help and advice!
