Thanks for the tip on Pastry Pride. I am going to go look at my Smart and Final to see if they have it. I looked into Rich's Bettercream but they don't sell it in my area.

I can't wait to try this. I've been meaning to try making mmf so this will give me an excuse to finally do it.
