I use all gumpaste if I need flowers to dry quickly. A 50/50 mix is my personal favorite.

I had my first Kitchenaid Aritsan stand mixer for 22 years and loved it. Last year, I upgraded to two KitchenAid 6 qt professionals and I wouldn't have anything else. I found them on sale at Kitchen Essentials on sale for 199.00 each!

No cakes this weekend for the first time since April! Making 28 lbs of fondant and sugar flowers for cake dummies I'll make next week.
