Could someone give me some tips on the best way to airbrush ribbons for bows or ribbon borders ? Is it best to airbrush them before I apply to cake or on the cake and mask off around them ??? I know to do bows before and let dry but I would think fondant ribbons would start to dry out before the airbrushing is dry enough to touch, then they will crack when you try to apply. Could someone share thier wisdom please, thanks
I have not been albe to make purple, in anything, fondant, buttercream even gumpaste ??? I use Wiltons violet and Americolours violet, purple, electric purple and even airbrush purple sheen. All either never go purple or quickly turn blue as it dries. What do you use ? I see so many beautiful creations with lovely shades of purple. I need to know, please HELP
Just learning gumpaste flowers, books always refer to use nontoxic pastel caulks to brush on detail. What?Where? in Ontario Canada if anyone knows ??
