Hi Vickie,I made a 1 layer 11x15x2 recently and used two WASC recipes. I filled the pan 2/3rds full so I would have a full 2" cake and used the left over batter to make some cupcakes. Then I could taste them! Hope this helps.

Oh my gosh! I know it wasn't funny to you at the time, but I was laughing out loud when I read your post - just imagining a pug on the counter eating cake. I don't know what I would have done. Your replacement cake was great. Nice recovery!
Hi everyone! I am so glad I found this post. I am making my first 3-tier cake in May. The "stress free" system looks very cool. Will this also work with buttercream-covered cakes? The cake safe looks beyond awesome, but I don't make that many cakes so I can't see getting one just yet -- maybe with my Christmas money, ha ha!
