Thanks everyone for your thoughts.  I will work on on figuring out the best way to put it together.  I'm sure it won't be a replica, but my daughter will want it to be close to a replica with her personality.  We may negotiate some of the details.

What is the size of the Forget-Me-Not from the Wilton Floral Collection Flower Making Set? I have the PME FLOWER BLOSSOM PLUNGER SET OF 4 that makes a 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 & 1 inch Flower Blossom. I'm not sure which one to use in decorating a cake that calls for the Wilton Forget-Me-Not cutter.I'm making the Wilton Princess' Address Castle Cake.

I have made quite a few cakes but haven't really cut figures with a template. I have looked online and found some different methods and tips.
