Way Beyond Cakes by Mayen has a picture tutorial on Hello Kitty. She also covered it's head with RKT. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.420226317330.201816.205059342330&type=3If the link doesn't work just type it in "Way Beyond Cakes by Mayen"and it will pull up on google.
I have the same type of oven and I switch the racks around so that the curved part of the rack is in the front..near the door and the straight part is towards the back and that seems to work
This is a WONDERFUL picture tutorial http://community.webshots.com/album/111071540UEhrpE
There is a great tutorial on youtube from Mayen..She is awesome..This is for a baby carriage..But I think it can be adapted for a crib. It is super easy.http://www.youtube.com/user/09165067633#p/u/11/kimtaXqP-Qg
I agree..a nice carmel or chocolate drizzle is always nice. What kind of cheescake is it? I too, am going to have to research and see what stabilized whip cream is.

I've used the baking chocolate bars as well. You really have to be kinda of an expert to tempur chocolate..It seems like a big headache to me when you can just use chocolate bars.
Your welcome! I too was amazed when I learned it!
Your cake looks great! Where is the cracking? My buttercream cracked on me b/c I did not have enough "fat" in the mix. I needed to add more crisco.
Wow! I'm glad for this information. I didn't know walmart bakery will do this!
