I've never done it before but I have seen on Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes that they cover the rice krispies with royal icing and that gives them the smooth surface.
I need to make a two tier topsy turvy cake and the customer does not want fondant. I have never done a cake like this before. Could someone please help me with this???? I'm not sure if I should ice it first and then stack it or vice...
