I used the impression mat that I bought from Sharons website. It was pretty easy to use as well, you can see the latest picture in my photos.
do you think 2 loaf pans will be enough for 15 people though? I dont have the serving chart for loaf pans.
I actually do have the loaf pan, thanks for that, I didnt even think of using it. Will it not look too thin though? I will go over the dimensions for the loaf pan when i get home.Many thanks

Tea straws are just like the straws you use to drink juice etc but fatter!! I use them for stackign cakes, the same way you can use wooden dowels and i have travelled with them in stacked cakes.
Its all about practise and seeing what works for you. I find that its a bit easier if i roll the fondant much more than i need for the job, Then take your time to unfold as you go along the sides. Bigger cakes are easier to cover in...
If you get them dry first before sticking them on, then they look like flat tires!!!!! Ask me how i know!!!
