HelloIMO Unless you think your gonna be making alot of 1/4 sheet cakes I would buy just 1. With the half sheet I would buy the 1/2 sheet pan. Also it depends on the size of your oven.TammieTammie

I also use Bakers and Chefs PS all the time. Never a problem and so much cheaper than the other brands. Here I get 7 pound bag for $4.88
