Let us know if we can help?
Hi Ashleyr, we don't carry 6" tall... However follow the link provided by pmark0 and you will find all our dummies...   We carry 4" tall and 1" tall (in most sizes) in round and square, as well as other shapes. This way you can combine to get whichever height you require. Example 1 x 4" tall and 2 x 1" tall for 6" total height.     Good luck. Hope this is helpful.
Hopefully we can help you Dina...   http://www.flourconfections.com/peony-c-323_331.html
Hi All, yes Americolor has recently released a Gold, Silver etc etc line of "Spray Mist" aerosol food color.   They don't have it listed on their website (www.americolorcorp.com )... However, many of their resellers do have it in stock... Including us (Flour Confections).   Follow the link in my signature and use the search to find "aerosol"... Or Google "Americolor Spray Mist".

These are definitely Lisa's Venetian Window cutters. We have had great success with these... It's hard to keep them in stock. You can find her whole line of cutters here; http://www.flourconfections.com/designs-lisa-bugeja-m-81.html   Checkout her blog for a tutorial she did for CakeFu using the Starburst Cutter. http://flourconfections.blogspot.com/ back in November. If you are in Australia you can find Lisa's cutters at Cakes Around Town and Glasshouse...
I'm sure it's too late for your emergency. However, Lauren Kitchens did 2 youtube videos on "how to" and "how NOT to" make modeling chocolate... Which may help with the diagnosis, so to speak.   I'm not sure if I can link straight to youtube... You can find it in google, just try; lauren kitchens modeling chocolate youtube.   Hope this helps.
As a KitchenAid retailer it is my understanding that the internal components of the 2 mixers are identical (there are some other differences; an "orange power cord", slightly different bowl handle, and I think the included whisk, dough hook and beater are made from stainless steel)   One MAIN difference is (apart for the actual NSF certification and the things I mentioned above); the NON NSF machine is made and warrantied for NON commercial use only.   Meaning...
Hi MommieK, I didn't see it mentioned... but, what type of chocolate you are using? You did say chocolate chips... I haven’t seen people have success with grocery store "Hershey" type chips.Typically, most people will use an A’peels or Merkens type chocolate. Mike McCarey uses Guittard 900 ct Gourmet White Chips.I'm just guessing... but the problem maybe your chocolate, not the corn syrup? Your ratio does seem correct to all the recipes I’ve seen.BTW, we / Flour...
