I just got my Cricut Cake a month or so ago and my daughter used it for the first time last week. We used MMF, pretty stiff, rolled VERY thin on the cutting mat. Worked like a charm.
I'm in small town Indiana and I charge $1 per mile each way if venue is not local.
I will agree with those who said you're charging way too little. I live in a small town, so I only charge $1.75 per serving for JUST basic buttercream. Fondant and extra decor costs extra....and a 6" & 10" would be $87.50+tax.
