I completed a three tier fondant covered cake this afternoon for a pickup tomorrow. The customer changed the date this evening and now needs the cake for next weekend instead. Will the cake keep? They are basic flavors with BC filling; however, bottom tier also has a layer of fresh strawberries in the center. How should I store this cake? Should I store the cake or is it a do-over (and so help me God I hope tha is not the case!).
