You can purchase edible diamonds/crystals. I received some today from www.diamondpartyconfetti.com they have different sizes.

Thanks for the reply but, I have that chart. It doesn't have the 7" or 9" square size on it.

I have searched and searched but I can't seem to find a serving size chart with these sizes. I need to know how many servings are in each of the following: 9" and 7" x 2" square pans doubled (4" tall layers).Thanks!

Check your local Hobby Lobby. I saw the pearl ones in the wedding department.
