Hi, has anyone tried baking a cake in a pirex bowl, instead of baking a cake in a pan and then shaping it. HELP! Thank you.
Are you overbaking it? and have you tried using Jello sugarless instant pudding mix? Add dry Jello instant pudding in the dry ingredients. I always use Jello and my cakes are moist. Try it and let me know how it works. Good-Luck!

Sifted Powdered Sugarmaybe I over beat the cream cheese? what kind of butter would be good to use in icing, unsalted? Anymore advise? Anyone?
