The cake is a peanut butter carrot cake with cinnamon cream cheese icing. It smelled great while I was cooking it!
Since I usually make cakes for everyone else, this year I decided to make a cake for my fur-babies birthday(Christmas Day). This was the easiest cake I have made yet since the client didn't care what the cake looked like and dog hair in the cake was not an issue. Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!
I just made these for my companys potluck Christmas party. I made both the Nutterbutters and the Oreos and everyone raved about them. They are so simple to make but so good!

Here is one of the first cakes I made and was so proud of it but it didn't get much attention and only one comment. TFLhttp://www.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1232914
practice, practice, practice thats the way I got better. You can also try steadying your piping hand with your other free hand
I also have a question, I have refridgerated fondant cakes but can you refridgerate an airbrushed cake that is covered in fondant? My thoughts would be that when the cake is sweating the airbrush would run, is this true?
I believe that fondarific is a GA based company, you can order their fondant online here is the websitehttp://www.fondarific.com/Their fondant is the best tasting I have tried although some flavours are a bit sweet
Coumpy if you want directions for the alligator just Pm me. I think I have some in progress pics as well
I made sqaure cakes and then cut the edges so that the turrets fit against the cake then I put dowels underneath and attached with royal icing. You can look at in my pictures to get the idea.
