I love Nick's recipe.  I use it all the time.  I do put a little less sugar in than it calls for.  Also, I add the crisco at the end of the beating cycle.  MUCH easier than kneading it in.  Add the sugar...

Take a look at what you actually made in wage, per hour. Not enough Jennifer

Rae is correct. Most cutters are hand made, not machine made. The more crimps and folds, the longer it takes to make them. Thus, the price goes up. They are a good investment. Much easier than trying to hand cut.Jennifer
