Sugarshack, I made my first batch of your icing today. Love your video BTW.It tastes great, but I ended up with so much air in the mix. Super fluffy and light but no way I'll ever get it smooth. Can it be saved?
I remember reading that some people level their cakes by pressing down on them. Do you put some kind of weight on them? When I press down on mine they bounce back.
I placed one order with GSA and was super pleased so I'd like to buy more from you. Hoping you'll start carrying Magic Line, bc I need to stock up on pans!
I have noticed my royal icing dries matte. I was wondering if there is anyway to make it somewhat glossy, like color flow.
