the cake balls are pretty dense and I've never even thought about filling them. I think I would flavor the butter cream with raspberry and then mix in the cake. let us know how it turns out.

Frozen butter cream transfer, if you don't want to buy a cake pan check with the local library and see if they have any there..My local library has about 50 shaped pans

I would take it back as well, I use black all the time and it tastes just like the rest.....

I used a fondant bucket just put wax paper between the hat and bucket

I would do the top layer in a butter cream.....

I use a silicon mat and it doesn't stick to that either....at least not yet. Just don't cut on you mat.
