I use it all the time. To make it more stable for filling I use a pudding mix and/or flavored yogurt... it gets thick like mousse.
Thanks for sharing. I use the bettercreme with the pudding mixes and / or yogurt for fillings.
like idgalpapl I usually split the 1.4 & 1/2 sheet, I've done double full sheet but only if specificallu requested by customer. If you double it make sure you charge for the extra layer . Most places cakes stores, costco, walmart etc sell single layers only, so most customers expect the single layer.
