OH Thank you. I told her 15. I guess I way undercharged her. Oh well, I told her I wasn't really sure the going price for cookies and I might raise my price for next time. I want to give her an accurate price when I drop off this one. Thanks so much! I appreciate your help.
Hi, I just made a cookie cake for a customer. It's a chocolate chip cookie made in a 14" pizza pan and decorated with chocolate buttercream and m&m's. It's nothing fancy. Anyway, I'm unsure about how much to charge. Can someone help me? I live in a small city in Ohio. So, we aren't talking top dollar here. Thanks.Sharon

Sounds like you need to knead in some more powdered sugar.
I don't know if this is what your looking for or not. But, this was just posted today. I thought it was neat.http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1001223
What kind of cake mix did you use? Is it possibly expired? And how about your eggs? Sometimes if they are fresh baked goods won't rise properly. Just some things to check. I used that recipe for chocolate this weekend and I didn't have a problem with it. Here's just a few things to check.
I've only done one, but it worked great for me. I put it in the freezer for 15-20 min and it popped right for me. I was thrilled with it. I The lady I bought mine off of gave me directions on how to use it. Here's a link to her sight. She's great to work with. http://www.brokenroadfarm.com/Edible_Photos.php
