Hi, I am doing my first grooms cake with the chocolate ganache drizzled down the sides, does anyone have any advise or tips for doing this? Thanks in advance
Cindy58 I tried your suggestion and it worked like a charm Thanks again!!!
Thanks for the reply everyone! I have definately learned not to purchase them any more, no matter how cute they are. Cindy58 I am going to definately try this method. Bake on ladies
Does anyone have a good method for getting the cookie dough out of plastic cookie cutters (the ones with the solid back). I have tried flouring the cookie cutter and it doesn't work, the cookie dough gets stuck in side and there is no way to get it out without damaging the design of the cookie. Thanks in advance!

Can y'all recommend the best Cake Mix D.R. book. or any cake mix enhanced book. I want to purchase one but do not want to waste my money on a useless book. I recently ordered one of the popular cake pop books and was VERY disappointed. Everything in the book was the same information that was on the "cake pop" website. Thanks!
WykdGud ~ I got it and thought it was hilarious. That is exactly the type of tag lines I am looking for. Thanks!
specialty cakes, decorated cookies, etc
that is too funny. Well the name was purposely chosen to catch your eye and make you look/read what we are about.
I was going to put on my business card, "Specialty Cakes, Decorated Cookies & Confections" but I was also told that I needed a catchy tagline. Thanks for the reply!
