Hi, anytime i have ever googled for any kind of fondant animal , a tutorial of some kind will come up. It might be youtube, or any ones personal site. hth
I do have the cutters like that(i think by fmm). That would make it so much easier. hth

Hi, that is really nice. but if you are gluing large flowers to the sides of your cake, i do believe you will need a stronger glue, like the melted chocolate. hth
You can bake the cakes weeks ahead of time. Wrap the cake layers(after letting cool) in saran wrap, then  heavy foil. They will be fine. You can make the icing, freeze that. You can make the fondant decos(don,t know what they are)...
 I use to use the dust mixed with vodka, Shake the cup really good. Be sure to clean the cup very, very good after doing this. But now. with so many sheen airbrush colors, that is what i use  , not the dust. pure lemon...

There is a flavoring, Wedding Bouquet, that Sharon Zambito introduced us here on c/c a couple of years ago. Very good. I don,t think they make it anymore. But i don,t know.hth
