OK, my first thought was $200, but then I thought that was too much. Man, I think I've been undercharging. Thank you, for your thoughts.
I was asked to do this cake, but it needs to feed about 40 people. I know there are similar cakes out there, and the client is open to various options, but I wanted to get a general idea as to what some of you might charge b/c I want to be sure to not undercharge. My 1/2 sheetcakes start at $50 for a basic cake, 2 layers, so I'm thinking somewhere around $150? Too much? Too little?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wB19Wi8saEw

Great! Thanks so much for the help!
I don't have a box in front of me, so if someone else does, could you tell me if there are nuts in the ingredients or if it just says that it is manufactured in a plant that also processes nuts? Thanks!
I make my yellow cakes with French Vanilla pudding so maybe I could just substitute one for the other. Thanks, everyone!
I have a client who doesn't really want a banana cake, but she wants a cake with a light banana flavor. Is there such a thing as banana extract?
I'm so bummed. I just found the introduction that started it all. Thanks, so much for everything that was tried. http://www.house.state.tx.us/news/release.php?id=2628COMMITTEE HEARS REP.
