I just got a call from someone that insists on a sheet cake which is supposed to include 2 birthdays and an anniversary, with a photo. The photo is no problem but I can't come up with any ideas on how to incorporate the three occasions and not have it looks too busy!! Any suggestions?
hi MrsMissey and welcome to CakeCentral.com!
you could make the sheetcake look like a quilt
Each "patchwork" is for a different occasion?
You could even pipe some "stitching" to make it look authentic
Here are some links to some other "quilt" cakes that might help:

A couple of questions...are they all female or male, that would help keep the design consistent like with flowers or just swirls.
You could go with a generic saying like "Congratulations and many more" That could be for both B-day and Anniv.
Is the photo of all 3 people, if it is that's great just add the picture, but if its not then it's going to look like just the people/person in the picture are being honored?
I hope I've helped, i'll keep on thinking.
Thanks for the great ideas!! I have since found out that the guy likes Harley motorcycles and the girl likes tweety..what a combination! Anyway, here is what I ended up doing...for anyone who may be in the same situation...I made a Harley magazine cover, scanned and cropped their picture in the shape of a heart, put tweety bird on a Harley and added Happy Anniversary as a headline, and Happy Birthday in another. Whew!!

Wow! That was fast! I usually think about cakes and draw up designs for days before I actually make the cake.
...I wasn't given much notice. They need to pick this up tonight! I am still making some last minute changes before I actually put it together! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
