I have been decorating cakes for several cakes and have never tried isomalt or pulled sugar. My daughter wanted a frozen cake this year, so I thought if give it a try. Now I have people asking me for these cakes and I don't know exactly how to charge for this product. I attached a picture so you could see what it looks like. The isomalt was about $10.00 worth of product used and it took me about 2 hours to make the isomalt and shape it out. Any thoughts would be appreciated!!!! Thanks!
