AHey guys! It's only been 6 years or so since I've posted.. I'm seeking hi-ratio shortening in 50# blocks in Orlando. I have checked restaurant depot, but they only have sweetex, and not any of the zero transfat products. D&G is awesome, but their prices aren't conducive to best profit. Anyone have any luck anywhere? Or found anyone that does free/cheap shipping? Thanks!

AHi-ratio shortening has transfats in it. So you won't find a shortening dubbed "hi-ratio" without trans fats.

AI'm looking for SweetexZ, or a AlpineZ. Marketed as hi-ratio with zero transfat. (Other brands have similar products)
