AI am a student of Wilton Cake Decorating. I just emailed my instructor a pic of my Final cake for course 2 (wont be able to attend lesson 4 of c2. Having surgery tomorrow and will be out of commission for 2 wks) I was happy to hear that she loved my cake!!

I love Decorating cakes so much, and learning new techniques, ie butter cream, fondant, and r.i. Ive already had two cake orders and for easter and now have standing orders for the end of May!

I took all of the Wilton courses when I was 14, and there is SO MUCH beyond those courses! They are great for someone who just wants to know basics, or to help get started.
