Has anyone made a decent profit with your edible printer?  please advise to your target market and cost/profit margin.  we're looking into this and would like to know if it's going to pay for itself??

I personally do not do very many cakes with edible images.  For the few I do it is easier to just go to the local grocery store and have them print it off for me.  I looked into purchasing the equipment to do it myself, but in the end decided it was not worth the investment.

Are you a baker?  I was looking into marketing towards bakers, not just for my own cakes and such.  do you know anyone who does edible printing profitably?
