AI'm making a birthday cake, single tier, three layer round, and I need some ideas on how to make 3d editable dragonflies. Please and thank you!

AFollow up question....best way to attach them to the cake but make them look like they are flying around it without touching it?

ASaw this online, it's a mold you can use to make dragon flies.

You can attach the dragon flies using melted chocolate or royal icing and position them on the cake's edges so they look like they are flying :) HTH

AAlso, there are some tutorials online that teach how to make 3D butterflies out of chocolate. You can do this with dragonflies, too. I did it on this cake shown. (although a few pieces snapped off! It was for family, so no biggie, but transport them very carefully!)
