Hey Gang....... Want a real "challenge"? Applications now being accepted for this year's ICES "Live Challenge" . Each team of 3 participants will be challenged to create a cake on the theme Up, Up and Away... our nod to the iconic Hot Air Balloons that dot the Albuquerque skyline. You do NOT have to target balloons...... you may interpret that theme in what ever way you see it..... Be Creative!!
