Please can anyone advise me on how to store (or is it possible) - ready made Modelling chocolate pieces. I have already made the "pipes" for a bagpipe cake and the client got the date WRONG! turns out they are not needed til June.
Since I am from the UK I used Tate & Lyle's Golden Syrup if this info helps at all, I would be most grateful for your input, at the moment they are in a glass in my fridge.
