Blend cream cheese and butter on low speed until combined. Stop the machine. Add the sugar a bit at a time, blending with the mixer on low speed until mixture is combined. Add orange juice and zest. Increase speed to medium and beat until the frosting lightens and is fluffy. *Must be refrigerated*
