My friend owns a “patisserie”, he gave me that recipe. It’s yummy whether you sprinkle icing sugar on top, or if you use Cream Cheese frosting.
Carrot Cake XIII
Ingredients
- 240gr brown sugar
- 240gr butter
- 5 eggs
- 400gr grated carrots
- 300gr flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 80gr walnuts
Instructions
- - Beat sugar and butter until fluffy.
- - Add eggs one at a time while beating.
- - Add carrots, flour, baking powder and walnuts.
- - Bake at 150°C until toothpick inserted close to the center comes out clean.
- - Sorry I don’t know the baking time, because I usually do it by trial.
