Tiki Cake
This is one of two tiki cakes I did last weekend for my friend's birthday. She put the plastic palm trees and the 30 candle on it. It was all edible. Thanks to Susan Carberry for the inspiration! You're the best!

I LOVE this. Ever since we took my daughter to Hawaii she has been infatuated with Tiki's, even naming her dog Tiki. I'd love to use this for inspiration on her next birthday cake!

Thanks to you all! It was fun, but after no sleep for 36 hours, sweetflowers, you didn't want me in your class!! It would have been ugly!! Very fun cakes. Just make sure you support the tiers well. I double doweled those bad boys! The top tier was rice krispies to lighten it up a bit. It still weighed almost 40 lbs! Valerie
