Could anyone please help me with this? I am trying to come up with a price list, I am doing OK with everything except BCT pricing I have seen on this site that someone has a matrix with the pricing for small, med, and large BCT but what sizes do you consider small, med, and large, and what do you charge for each size? Some can be time consuming so I don't really want to include it with the price of a regular sheet cake etc. Any comments help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Wilma |

I wouldn't price it based just on size. Some are more detailed and take longer. Can't really help much, just bumping you up!

I know for the BCT cake I did (it's posted in my photos) I charged $60 and It was a full sheet (12x18) cake. I price my full sheet cakes starting at $40 and up and that's how i have it listed on my price sheet so I can add to the price for the extras and the clients know that $40 is the base price and anything extra or special is extra. Hope that helps. |

Tika - 12x18 is a half sheet, not a full sheet, but that's a good price (by which I mean not too cheap)
