hi everyone my name is sam and im new to this forum i am looking for some help with a good sponge mix that i can still cover with fondant ect other then madira cake as i have got that mix to a t im just wanting to try other cake mixes that can be covered and stacked ect icon_biggrin.gif x

Any Duncan Hines flavor will work fine.

thank you for your reply there just so many diff mixes its so confuseing when your starting out in the bakeing department so many people say you cant use sponge to cover with fondant then others say you can im just looking for a good receipe for a nice sponge other then madria that can be covered and also whats the best way the find you qut in a 8" 10" and 12" round and square x
