Good morning Ladies,
I'm a newbie here , however I've been getting ideas from this site for the past 4 months. I Love this site! After making a wonderful tasting white cake the other night from a recipe I got off the site, I came across a dilemma. What do I do with the left over yolks ? I would hate to throw them away . I'll take any suggestions ! Thank you

French buttercream! It's kinda like italian meringue buttercream .. but instead of meringue, you whip the yolks. here's a recipe:

Creme Brulee! I don't like to eat it often because of the richness so, I only ever make it on those very rare occassions that I have extra yolks. My special treat! LOL

We use egg yolks for cupcake frosting and everyone loves them......French buttercream..yummie
