There may be one of these floating around, but I haven't seen one. Well not for Wilton Servings. I like the way Earlene has her serving chart separated for bride serving for a quick reference. However, industry stand is Wilton chart. So I made a chart that look similar to Earlene's but with Wilton serving amounts. I also added square tiers. I hope this can help someone else determine the size cake they need easier.

I tried to attach a PDF but if it doesn't work and you would like me to email it to you PM me your email address. icon_biggrin.gif

Your Welcome! I find it frustrating trying to calculate while talking to a customer about tiered cakes (esp over the phone). This way I can just look and give a quick quote/starting price.

These are great, thank you! I always want to give my clients a cutting guide with their cakes so they get all the servings out of it!

I do have one question though. Your 12" round shows 56 servings, but the Wilton website show it should be 40. Just wondering because I have a 12" and 8" due next weekend icon_smile.gif

Thanks!! icon_smile.gif

Both of these guides go by the Wedding Chart. The servings are 1x2x4. HTH

Awesome, thanks! Yeah, I totally just copied that and saved it on my PC.

You could also upload it to the gallery and put it under templates.

Thanks again!

FromScratchSF, you may want to save the ones posted now. The previous one had an error on the 6" square and the 10" round. Also, I tried to put them in my gallery but it won't accept PDF and there are too many pages to make them individual jpegs. Thanks for the suggestion though. icon_smile.gif I hope these come in handy for you.

Thank you so much for sharing this hard work! I'm a little confused on the wedding cutting guide. Your 4" square lists four serving at 2x2 (x4" tall). Then the 6" square has servings cut at 1.5x2. Then larger cakes follow the standard 1x2. Why are the 4" cake slices so much larger? And if the size of the slices in the 6" are 1.5 inches, you can't get 18 servings.

Unless my math is just off, which is distinctly possible icon_smile.gif!

lol Yes on the Wedding guide the square should say 1" not 1.5 (i'll fit it), but on the Wilton chart the round still says just 12. The Wilton charts do not have a suggestion for 4 inch cakes so I just put them as 2" x 2" slices but if you want to say they are 1" x 2" then they will each serve 8.

(but in my opinion 8 servings is a lot to ask of a 4 inch cake lol)
