Can someone please tell me how to make these chocolate tiles? I am sure this is simple process but just wanted some of you pros out there to give me your input.

Looks like chocolate that was spread out on a piece of parchment paper or wax paper, left to set up, then cut in to squares with a warmed knife.

Try it in a smaller scale to see how it works out. If they break, you just get to remelt and try again.
