how do i do a prgnant belly

I used the Wilton 3d Egg Pan for mine....http://cakecentral.com/gallery/1246856

I used two Fat Daddio's 3 1/2 inch half circle pans for the chest and a Pyrex bowl for the belly! Good luck, I had a good time making one for my best friend's baby shower.
