Hi Cheryleicon_smile.gif Wleomce to the site.
Under 'forums' there is a section of recipes. Search it as there are many, many good ones.
It depends on what you want - your likesicon_smile.gif Do you want soft, creamy, non-crusting, all butter, part or all Crisco, or what?
Is it for icing your cake or decorating? Both?
The way you phrased the ? you are going to get dozens of answers and you will have to figure out which one works best for your needs.
Weather and altitude even dictate to some degree how a certain recipe will work. Do you have hot hands? Some will melt as you work with it so you will want to look for ideas on how to handle that problem. Do you liv e where it is hot and humid? Hot and dry? Really cold? All of these things enter into the equation
As you can see there is no easy answer for your ? !
