Do you use this? I accidently bought 2 bottles and thought I was buying an emulsion too. What do you use Creme Bouquet in? I bought it because one of the recipes I saw on here used it, I wanted to try it. Can you think of anything I can use this in?

Also, what is Princess Emulsion?

TIA
Christy

Princess is just basically a flavoring. I love it. I use it in cake batter.

I use Creme Bouquet in MMF, and I've tried it in icing before, it was really good. I only like Magic Line's brand though, CK's isn't for me.

I recently purchased Princess Cake & Cookie and Wedding Bouquet for the first time.
A few days ago I tested them out in cake batter (I made cupcakes).
The Princess emulsion won easily! Loved it! I was killin' those cupcakes, LOL, no icing or anything on top.

I think WB does better in icing, based on the reviews I've read.

You can use Creme Bouquet in the cake batter or the icing. It is usually very concentrated so I don't replace the vanilla in the recipes with it but cut the amount in half. It has a wonderful taste so try it out!
