What colors can I mix to get a tiffany blue color? Thanks!

I use teal blue and sky blue in about equal amounts, but I use Chefmaster colors (the only kind I can get here in Mexico besides Wilton), so you might want to play around a little with the proportions if you're using a more standard brand.

I did Tiffany cupcakes a while back & used Sky blue with a touch of green. It worked perfectly.
