I put a deposit down on a bridal show the end of Feb. I was at vistaprint looking at ordering labels and they want over $400 for labels for my sample cups, and that's if I only order 2000 of them....I might need more

I posted on a previous bridal show post here, if anyone has any input, I'd be grateful...

DO you think it would be ok to just print my own labels for the cups?

How many samples would I need for 2400 brides, grooms, MOB?

What goes on brochures? I have a few pics, some stuff from my website. Do you put anything else on there? What do you put on there that isn't on your website?

I'm sorta freaking out. I've just committed to a lot of $$$ and time and I sure could use some advice!

I've read some threads and gotten some good stuff, but would appreciate some answers to the question I posted on that other thread, if anyone has time to chime in.

BTW-

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

You can certainly print the labels yourself. Start now. I buy round blanks at the office supplies store and print.

I answered everything on your other thread.

Deep breaths.

Unsolicited advice. Put the table that the show provides at the back of your booth. Put yourself in the front at the aisle. Have biz cards in your hand. Smile, offer a card and lure them in. However you set up your booth, never, ever put samples at the front. Samples always go toward the back of the booth. Otherwise the samples get scarfed up by the aisle cruisers. If there's a fashion show, use that time to meet the other vendors.
