Out of curiousity what do you use for organizing and storing the various size cake boxes???

Something I can buy or do I need to make it?

Thanx for any suggestions!

Are you a pro or just a hobby baker? I'm just a hobby baker and I store my boxes flat under my sofa and love seat in my livingroom.

I am a home baker and like to keep a variety of box and cake board sizes here at home. Since I keep them downstairs in he utility room/basement, I wanted something to keep them dustfree, away from any occasional crickets, and easy to get to. I looked at artists' portfolios both on Amazon and at Michaels. I ended up with a cardboardy/plasticy type portfolio with a handle and a fold over top with a velcro closure. It works great for me and comes in a wide variety of sizes, and will even fit the large sheet cake boards and flat boxes. Check it out at Michaels, and they are not real expensive.

I was just looking into those plastic containers that you store under the bed, but they aren't really wide enough for boxes over 10" unless they are folded over. I'm curious to see what others do.
