hi everyone just a quick question i am totaly struggerling to get the right thickness of icing for writing and decorating with plz help icon_cry.gif

Are you using premade, BC, or RI? I never had much luck with the premade ones. With the BC I add a very little bit of piping gel, and with the RI a very little bit of water.

If you don't have piping gel add some Karo syrup.
