Hi everyone I'm looking for a tutorial/instructions on how to make a cake like this:http://www.flickr.com/photos/its-all-about-the-cake/3959610884/in/pool-fondantwedgecake

This picture is from flickr- it's all about the cake.

TIA,

24 pages of these cakes in the galleries here. Most people have called them "missing slice" cakes, etc.

You bake/ice the cake as usual. If you ice in buttercream, just chill the whole cake, slice a nice piece out of it, re-ice the bare cake sections, stack the slice on top (with a board/dowels underneath if neccesary due to weight).

If you ice in fondant, you just have to ice each piece separately after slicing them.
