I need to make a wresting ring cake for an order in a few weeks time, I have a few ideas of my own, but was wondering if ayone out there has done one before and would be willing to share any tips or downfalls they may have encured.

Thanks for that, I will have a good look around in the galleries and hopefully come up with some more ideas!! .... I particulary needed help with the pillers if anyone has any bright idea's!

I just made a boxing ring cake, for the corners I used wooden dowels (pushed down about in inch into the cake and covered with fondant), and thin ribbon for the ropes. Here's a thread with other suggestions:
