I am having an issue with my WASC cake today. It seems that the sides of the cakes are separating from the main part of the cake. I usually use 2 box's of white DH mix but today used one box white DH and one box yellow DH...i don't know if that is the issue or not. Also i had to do these in 9in pans and my 9 inch pans are the kind where the sides slant out a bit so that you can stack them, however i haven't ever had this issue before.

Also I am needing the cakes for a magician cake (top hat style) do you think they will be okay to use or should i bake new ones? It's just for my sons birthday, but I still don't want a disaster.
